Larry Perry, Broker/Owner

Larry, the founder of Steamboat Home Mortgage, began accumulating his education and experience in the 'Windy City', where he navigated out of law and into mortgage services. . In addition to a General Building Contractor's License, Larry's expertise expanded into loan processing, underwriting activities and marketing. To start his own company Larry settled on the place between the foot of Rabbit Ear's Pass and the eye of the Sleeping Giant, an area otherwise known as the Yampa Valley.

Larry's affiliations have included involvement with such large scale organizations as the Assisted Living Federation of American, the Mortgage Banker Association and the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association as well as local groups like the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors.

Margaret Purkiser

Margaret has been in the Colorado mortgage and real estate industry since 1995. She manages the office in Steamboat, where Chinaca, her yellow lab often assists her. Residential and commercial property financing is her expertise, but most say customer service is Margaret's true gift.

Hal Noyes

Hal's business career started as an insurance marketing specialist immediately after his graduation from Syracuse University. A short four years later found Hal operating his own small insurance agency from an office attached to the rear of a garage with the help of a part-time secretary. 25 years later this business had grown to 4 offices in 3 cities with 65 employees. He "retired" in 1992 to his vacation home in Steamboat. Hal earned his Real Estate Broker’s License to keep him busy on a "part time" basis. However, his natural inclination towards serving his clients, coupled with his drive for business professionalism, has evolved into a full time, thoroughly enjoyable commitment.
